    It's Back....

The Vancouver Island Exhibition is proud to announce their fifth annual Beer and Burger night to be held on Saturday June 2nd, from 4 – 8 pm at the Wellington Hotel. The VIEx would like to invite you to attend this fun filled night!

This year, funds raised at the Beer and Burger night on will once again be used to thank and celebrate all of the valuable volunteers at the Vancouver Island Exhibition. Your $12.00 ticket not only gets you a burger, fries and a cold beer, but throughout the night we will be holding a silent auction, ticket sales and 50/50 draws.

2012 Pumpkin Festival OK, so maybe we are a little bit early, but we wanted to give you some seed for thought (groan)... start planning now for the 2012 Pumpkin Festival which will be held on October 14, 2012 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Last year there were over 5,000 people who attended the one day event.  Plant early and nurture your possible winning pumpkin!

Exciting News............ Plans are underway for the 2012 Vancouver Island Exhibition's Annual Fair!!  This year's theme is "Picture Yourself At the Fair - From Pioneer Days To Modern Ways". This year's fair will be held August 17, 18, & 19, 2012!!  We look forward to bringing you news of exciting events as they are confirmed!

Help out the VIEx and join a committee.  We are always looking for people who like to be a part of the planning stage of the fair.  It's not hard and we have lots of fun doing it.
