Getting To The Park:

• There will be no VIEx Public Parking Access from Bowen Road. All VIEx Public Parking will be accessed from Labieux Road.

• The South Entrance from Bowen Road is restricted to Emergency Vehicles, 5-Minute Pick-up & Drop-off, Deliveries to Gate #1, Volunteers, Beban House Visitors, Artists & Golfers.

• The North Entrance from Bowen Road will be closed to all incoming traffic and will be served as an Exit Only.

• The Beban Parkway Entrance from Labieux Road will remain a two-way road with Entrance & Exit. No Parking is allowed on Beban Parkway.

• There is no other access from Labieux Road unless previously arranged with the VIEx. The BMX Track is locked and inaccessible and the other gates will also be locked.

Parking:

• There is limited first come, first served parking available at Beban Park and will be shared with other user groups. There is a 3-hour parking limit in all of the parking lots at VIEx. Unless otherwise posted.

• The gravel parking lot marked in light blue on the map is reserved for VIEx Vendor parking only.

• There is Disability Parking available in the marked stalls near Gate 2. Please display your Disability Parking Pass.

• Note that there are some reserved parking stalls on the Northern Side of the Social Centre for Staff Only.

• There is a Shuttle Available. More information below.
